Booking and Payment

For making a booking, we accept two types of payments: payment for the first's night's stay (advance payment) and full payment.

In case of advance payment, your credit card will be charged for only the first night's stay.

In case of full payment, your credit card will be charged for the total stay of your booking.

The deadline for full payment is 3 days /72 hours/ prior to arrival date. In case if you fail to pay the full cost of your stay 3 days prior to your arrival date, the system will automatically cancel the booking, and the payment for the first night's stay will be refunded to you.

In case if it is mentioned “non-refundable” next to the hotel room's name, other booking and cancellation policies shall be applied /see the remark/.

Cancellation

In case if you have made an advance payment for a booking and fail pay the full cost of your stay 3 days /72 hours/ prior to the date of arrival, the system will automatically cancel the booking, and we will refund the money you have paid for the first night stay.

If you make a full payment for a booking and cancel it 3 days /72 hours/ before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged, and we will refund the whole money you have paid for the booking.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night fee will be charged as a penalty.

3 days /72 hours/ shall be counted from the hotel’s check-in time.

Children and Extra Beds

Children under 6 years old stay free of charge.

Children from 6 to 12 years old get 50% discount. 

Extra bed is ordered and paid at the spot.
